is approximately 45 minutes west of Toronto airport, it is about 90 minutes from downtown Toronto and situated very close to Highway 401.  Transport links to all parts of south-western Ontario are excellent, which makes it the perfect base for a touring holiday. 

Niagara Falls is a short-trip away (about 2 hours).  The Mennonite village of St Jacobs and beautiful Elora Gorge are just up the road and the Stratford Festival is within reach too (about 45 mins).

K/W has beautiful parks, traditional ambiance all the amenities of a thriving city.

Walking trails begin at the backyard gate, taking you to the Grand River Trail, Kiwanis Park, RIM Park and beyond.

Sit by the pool watching the Cardinals and Blue Jays and counting the trees and you'd never guess that you are minutes from all local amenities. We are very close to the University of Waterloo, Laurier University and Research in Motion Technology Park.

Take Highway 8 north to Kitchener/Waterloo (Follow the sign that says: 7 East Guelph, 85 North Waterloo)

Follow Highway 85 (The Expressway) north to Waterloo.

Exit ramp for University Ave East (the first of two exits for University Avenue)

At the first intersection turn right onto Bridge Street.

At the next traffic light turn left onto Bridle Trail.

Bridle Trail becomes Woolwich Street, Sunbridge Crescent is now shortly on the right.

We are the second driveway on the right #11 Sunbridge.

Take exit 275 for Homer Watson Boulevard.

Turn left at the light towards Kitchener (north).

Follow Homer Watson all the way up past Bleams until you reach Ottawa Street.

Turn right onto Ottawa and take immediate exit right for 85 North Waterloo.

Follow Highway 85 (The Expressway) north to Waterloo.
